Thermal Shock Chambers TS2-T two-zone test system

Thermal chock chambers are used to evaluate reliability of test specimens by rapid change of the air temperatures from hot to cold repeatedly. TS2-T two-zone test system provides fast temperature changing by moving the specimen basket up-and-down between hot room and cold room.

1.Control mode and features

  • Balanced temperature system is controlled by PID and SSPR. The system is stable, power saving and suitable for long time running.
  • Specimens in the basket move up-and-down with the basket between hot room and cold room


2.Terchy technologies

  • New gear transmission to ensure the basket moving more smoothly and stably in rapid position change
  • Strong air cooling and heating system achieves quick air temperature change and meet your high and low temperature exposure needs 
  • USB output interface for test data acquisition and download with external USB sticks
  • CurveView software to link the chamber controller to user’s computer to transfer the test profile to editable data

Applications

Thermal shock chambers are designed and built to test the tolerance of materials or material structures under the continuous environmental change between extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature. It helps to determine the chemical change or physical damage features of test sample caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.
